Prior to this role, Paolo was the founding General Manager and Chair of Frasers Property’s Real Utilities, an energy retailer and utilities business, delivering carbon neutral energy to customers. Michelle has a long history of volunteering, and is a Director of the National Environmental Law Association. Through which she has recently the lead author of article ‘A rapidly moving beast: Australian regulatory reforms to tackle ‘greenwashing’ and the lessons we are learning, which was published in International Bar Association Energy and Resources Journal.
Michelle works for BHP as Principal Value Chain Sustainability where she runs the Responsible Minerals Program. An embedded metals and minerals procurement program that focuses on undertaking ESG due diligence with the goal of using purchasing leverage to seek improvements in risk.

A passionate advocate for sustainable supply chains, Miranda has led pioneering initiatives such as integrating greenhouse gas emissions into supplier selection criteria and spearheading a circular economy approach for Off-the-Road (OTR) tires. She also played a key sourcing role in iconic large-scale events, including the Rio 2016 Olympic Games and the Brazilian Carnival.
Since relocating to Australia, Miranda has worked with large organisations to embed sustainability into procurement practices, helping them navigate the shift toward more responsible and resilient supply chains. In 2024, she completed a Postgraduate Certificate in Sustainable Business from the University of Cambridge – CISL (UK), where her research explored the practical challenges businesses face in transitioning from linear models to circular economies.

Camille has over 15 years’ experience working in procurement, category management, negotiations, strategy development and stakeholder/supplier engagement across multiple industry sectors both in France (Chemical, Automotive, and Electricity) and in Australia (Education, Water, and Electricity).

Kristen is an experienced holistic ESG Procurement strategist and passionate advocate for conscious consumerism and social value procurement. She was formerly a project manager and is naturally outcomes focused, uniting even the most diverse stakeholders to achieve a common goal. Kristen was also formerly an infrastructure designer, so she has a lateral mindset and balances cost efficiency with such as timeliness, governance, scope and risk controls.

Sally-ann leads with an ESG mindset, integrating environmental, social and governance considerations into the business. Eather Group has set a benchmark for diversity within the industry employing 38% women; approximately 25% who identify as First Nations and over 98% local to Western Sydney (statistics current as of March 2025).

Tina has worked in the Construction Industry - Major Projects space for more than 10 years providing support to Tier 1,2 and 3 construction companies in social procurement. She has over 17 years of working in the employment and workforce development sector in health, education, community and the construction industry. She has worked with many community organisations, government agencies, Tier One Construction companies and a multitude of corporate partners. Her background and expertise in psychology, education, training, employment, and procurement has equipped her with the extensive skill sets she brings to her role at Fredon. Prior to her work in construction Tina founded a not for profit organisation that has been running for more than ten years supporting over 2000 Indigenous young people. Tina is known for her passion in working with First Nations, minority and disadvantaged peoples. She went on to create an Global Indigenous Fashion enterprise, establishing the first platform for Global Indigenous Designers winning the Governor of Victoria’s Export Awards and finalist in the Australian Export Awards.

For the last seven years, Moe Turaga has been telling his powerful personal story to advocate for responsible business practices towards people vulnerable to modern slavery.
Moe first shared his story at the parliamentary inquiry that led to Australia’s Modern Slavery Act. Since then, he has become a key voice in conversations about Australia’s modern slavery response.
In 2024, he received a commendation from the NSW Anti-slavery Commissioner.
He is a consultant to the Australian Catholic Anti-slavery Network and Domus 8.7 modern slavery remediation service.
Moe is actively engaged with vulnerable workers in horticulture, meat processing, hospitality and aged care including workers on the Pacific Australia Labour Mobility scheme.

Victoria is the Senior Legal Policy Officer at the Office of the NSW Anti-slavery Commissioner.
With a background in law and procurement, she leads the Business and Human Rights team at the Office of the NSW Anti-slavery Commissioner where she develops and implements innovative procurement policy and strategies to combat modern slavery. Victoria has practiced in public and private law in NSW Government and at Australian law firms and has a strong record of advising both public and private entities on anti-slavery and governance obligations.

Alison co-founded Domus 8.7, an independent modern slavery remediation service, comprising social and community services professionals who manage identification, assessment, welfare and support for workers with concerns.
Domus 8.7 remediation service also provides business with independent and confidential advice with any concerns about modern slavery. Domus 8.7 provides training to build capacity to identify indicators of modern slavery and tools to ensure business knows how to respond without causing further harm.
Alison is a trusted advisor in navigating modern slavery legislation and fostering ethical business practices and has been commended by the NSW Anti-slavery Commissioner for her collaborative work with survivors and the private sector.
As Executive Officer of the Australian Catholic Anti-slavery Network (ACAN) since 2019, she has led one a comprehensive modern slavery risk management program for over 40 organisations in health, aged care, education and community services in response to the Australian Modern Slavery Act 2018.

Danny Samson

Dr Danny Samson is professor at the University of Melbourne and co-founder of ESG Perform. Danny has an engineering degree and background, and a PhD in management sciences, and has conducted and published over 100 research studies and more than a dozen books. He has provided strategic advice and been an executive educator within large organisations in many industries, such as National Australia Bank and Toyota, as well as smaller businesses and government agencies. He developed and directed the University of Melbourne's Master of Supply Chain Management degree for over a decade, and has been working on topics related to sustainability and ESG as a matter of strategic improvement within organisations. He has won numerous awards as an educator, including most recently from his ESG framework presentations.

Marc Allen

A chemical engineer by training, Marc has spent the last 18 years working in climate change and sustainability and helped some of the world’s largest companies with developing strategic responses to climate change – everything from calculating emissions, analysing climate risk exposure and development of large-scale, technical solutions for reducing emissions, to advising Governments on policy frameworks for climate change response. He has worked in a wide variety of roles including in consulting and operational roles and worked across mining, oil and gas and other heavy industry.
