Sharyn is driven by making a difference to the procurement, commercial and contact management profession through involvement in mentoring and communities of practice enabling shared learnings and ideas to drive best practices and innovation. Motivated to build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and partners to deliver mutually beneficial outcomes along with a passion for people and creating an environment that fosters and enables success and achievement.

    Over the last 10 years held several senior leadership positions within the Jemena group, with the most recent being the Enterprise General Manager Procurement, Property and Fleet where responsibility includes managing a centralised procurement, property, supply chain, fleet and plant group delivering across the Jemena and Zinfra group of companies. Prior to this held the role of GM Commercial within EB Services (A Singapore Power Company) where responsibilities included leading all commercial and procurement requirements for the group including the development and implementation of technology sourcing strategies.

    Sharyn is an active supporter of the commercial and contracting space and is a member of the World Commerce and Contracting (Previously IACCM) Global Advisory Board and has previously held a number of Board positions for not for profit companies

    Christel Martin is the Director Procurement Excellence at Transport for NSW, with over 15 years of experience across procurement organisational transformation, commercial law, procurement policy development and implementation, procurement systems implementation, end to end category management and strategic vendor management. Christel has held roles in the private sector, Commonwealth Government and NSW State Government. Christel holds a Master of Laws from ANU, along with a double degree Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Science from UWA.

    Madeleine Taylor has 10 years of experience in procurement across a range of contexts – strategic procurement planning, governance and reporting, delivering procurement processes and designing and delivering procurement training. Madeleine holds a Diploma of Procurement as well as an MBA, Bachelor of Business, Prince2 and Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.

    Madeleine is currently working with JLL as the Strategic Client Manager – Procurement, providing procurement advice and services relating to facilities management, to 24 Federal Government Departments under the Whole of Australian Government account. JLL recently won two Supply Nation awards - the Outstanding Impact Award and the Corporate Member of the Year Award and has a mature Social and Sustainable Procurement Framework.

    Madeleine will be bringing her own experience as well as lessons learnt from JLL’s Social and Sustainable Procurement Framework into her panel session focusing on Social Procurement.
